Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking transportation services with Prestige Chauffeur Group.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only after:

Booking information is completed
Full payment has been successfully processed
A confirmation has been issued

Submitting a booking request alone does not guarantee a reservation.

Pricing

Transportation pricing is based on:

Distance traveled
Standard mileage rate
Applicable toll charges
Nighttime surcharge
Selected optional services

The total fare is presented before payment is completed.

The first 2 passengers are included in every reservation. Each additional passenger is subject to a $15 fee, which is automatically calculated during booking for both standard trips and Hourly Chauffeur Service.

Hourly Chauffeur Service

Hourly reservations include:

$100 per hour
Minimum reservation of 3 hours

Additional time may be available upon request and is subject to chauffeur availability.

Payments

Full payment is required to confirm every reservation.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

Provide accurate booking information
Arrive at the scheduled pickup location on time
Treat vehicles respectfully
Follow all applicable laws during transportation

Prestige Chauffeur Group reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to protect passengers, drivers, or company property.

Airport Transportation

Passengers requesting airport transportation should provide:

• Airline

• Flight Number

Airport pickup service is available at eligible airports within our service area. Chicago transportation is currently available for drop-offs only; pickup service from Chicago airports is not currently available. Providing accurate flight information helps ensure efficient airport service.

Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request during booking and may be subject to an additional fee.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the selected child seat meets their child's requirements.

Cancellations & Changes

Reservations may be modified or canceled according to the company's cancellation policy.

Specific cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and change fees (if any) will be outlined during development and added before website launch.

Service Availability

Although we make every effort to accommodate all reservations, transportation services remain subject to:

Vehicle availability
Driver availability
Weather conditions
Road closures
Unexpected operational circumstances

Limitation of Liability

Prestige Chauffeur Group is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
